Liquid Sunshine Psychiatric Services is a nurse practitioner owned practice. We offer psychiatric evaluations, which is a comprehensive review of systems that includes mood, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, attention concentration and cognitions. Evaluations also include clients
responding to basic screening forms including the PHQ 9, GAD 7 and PCL 5. The purpose of the evaluation is to come up with a diagnosis. The purpose of a diagnosis is that it helps guide treatment.
We offer medication management. This includes prescribing medications, ongoing assessment of response to medications, discussion and review of side effects. Clients meet with provider on an ongoing basis. Some meet every 4 weeks, others less frequently. We value collaboration between client and provider.
We offer consultation for new nurse practitioners who are moving from being a student to a provider. This time can be overwhelming. We offer both group sessions, where you will be with other new nurse practitioners. We also offer one on one sessions. These are offered remotely and in the evenings.

We also provide medication management. This involves regular sessions with clients, some meet monthly, others meet less frequently. Medications are prescribed based on symptoms and their responses to what is prescribed.
We do offer Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. This is an evidenced based treatment for people who have experienced trauma and may have a diagnosis of PTSD.
We offer consultation for new nurse practitioners who are moving from being a student to a provider. This time can be overwhelming. We offer both group sessions, where you will be with other new nurse practitioners. We also offer one on one sessions. These are offered remotely and in the evenings.
